Will Parker, Esq. has spent his entire career representing accident victims in South Carolina. When he was 14, Will and his father were hit head-on by a drunk driver. Tragically, Will’s father did not survive, and Will spent almost a month in ICU with hospital bills totaling near $1 million. As a result, Will brings tremendous passion, understanding, and insight to his practice. After practicing at several notable South Carolina personal injury law firms, Will founded Will Parker Law, LLC in 2017. From the beginning, Will strove to define himself and his personal injury law firm by certain core values. These values include integrity, intelligence, passion, sincerity, and determination. In 2022, Will co-founded Beach Injury Lawyers, LLC with Greg Sloan.

Will grew up in Lugoff, South Carolina but the Grand Strand has been home since 2000. He received his B.A. from the University of South Carolina in 2000. Will attended law school at Western Michigan University in 2003; however, his love for South Carolina led him back to the Palmetto State. Will transferred to the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2004 and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2006.

Will is married to Dr. Erin Parker, a real estate agent, designer, and former lecturer in the Chemistry Program at Coastal Carolina University. Erin and Will reside in Myrtle Beach with their two young children and attend Seacoast Vineyard Church. Will serves on the Board of Sonshine Ministries and the Advisory Board of Miller-Motte Technical College.
